About the Role As a Field Officer, you'll be the main on-the-ground contact for smallholder fish farmers in your district, running a village-level aquaculture advisory centre while balancing day-to-day farmer support with structured data collection for a 200-farmer survey and welfare impact assessment (about 80% field-based). Requirements Education: Bachelor's in Aquaculture, Fisheries Science, Animal Science, Biology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
