Working alongside and under the guidance of the School Finance Access Lead, the Coordinator will help organize and deliver workshops, mobilize schools, collect and manage participant data, and provide basic field support to schools throughout the financing process. Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Program Coordination & Support Assist in planning and organizing School Leadership Academy workshops, including logistics, materials preparation, registration, and coordination with facilitators and venues. Support the delivery of training sessions and co-facilitate basic modules as needed. Help ensure a smooth experience for school participants before, during, and after workshops. School Mobilization Help identify and engage low-fee private schools that are potential first-time borrowers.
